Good from Evil?

A Lot of Good Can Come From This Tragedy

My fellow Americans, you will want to read this if we want to win this "new war" AND make the world a better place according to the ideals WE strive for.

Lock up and load suggests/requires having the willingness to go in and fight "them" on the ground (meaning lots of casualties and another Vietnam. WHY do you think the Russians [and Indians] are happy to see America go in with troops, in what is otherwise their backyard? They would LOVE to see America humiliated where the Russians ran with their tails between their legs).....

And getting one Osama or his network does not solve the long term problems and risks we face unless the root problems are addressed that cause people to hate us so much that they will kill innocent civilians. No folks, it is not "Thet hate us for our freedom" though it sounds good.

Many of these people are from countries (like Occupied Palestine, Occupied Kashmir, Chechnya) getting KILLED for seeking the freedoms (and right to vote) we take for granted or even ignore. Others (including Osama BL) are from countries like Saudi Arabia (women can't drive or even be seen, no voting, Kings are corrupt and turned largest oil producer into a $160 BILLION debtor), Egypt, Kuwait, etc. where we prop up corrupt TYRANTS.

We think we are protecting our oil interests but in the long run we get locked out....look at what happened in Iran where we propped up the EVIL Shah of Iran so when he did fall, we were on the wrong side of history, having lost an OIL producer but also one of America's STAUNCHEST allies now a sworn enemy. We did the same in Pakistan in the 1990s. Will we not learn from history? Then we are condemned to repeat it but now the stakes are much higher.

Yes, the WTC perps MUST be brought to justice but the American PEOPLE have always stood for truth, fairness and justice (US policy often is not), and that is what is worrying Israel and India....the first two issues of long simmering injustices are their occupations of Palestine and Kashmir. Which is why you will get a lot of vocal support for them to just bomb someone without solving the long term issues. DO NOT take my word for it, just check out the library or the (long ignored) UN resolutions on these two places.

It is NOT America's job to be the policeman fixing problems in every place in the world....but it is our responsibility to ensure that OUR government (as Bill Clinton did to divert attention from a mind "blowing" scandal at home) does not just shoot off missiles that do nothing except make Osamas (who the CIA worked with and probably trained) into heroes to the people where WE keep tyrants in power or support occupying countries like Israel using our tax payer financed F-16s to assasinate opponents, drive tanks on kids throwing rocks (you have seen the AP photos) in OCCUPIED lands.

It is NOT expected by anyone in the Muslim world that America should say, "Israel, bye, bye, Jews march off into the sea as that will make Arabs happy...." but instead we do have to say, "We will work to give the Palestinians their long awaited and promised homeland (less than what was taken away but at least finally a home of their own in their own land), AND ensure that Israel is recognized by the Arab and other states so they can all work and live together as neighbors." If Germany and France can do it, if the USSR and USA can do it, so can these people, and they at least have a common religious heritage.

All that is needed is FINALLY for our country's lawmakers in Congress (most paid by PACS, the pro-Israeli ones being the biggest donors to them) and the MEDIA (check out who really are the big wigs in this nation's media and where their loyalties lie, the US or Israel) and MAKE them sit up and hear this....we want you to promote and communicate ideas and messages that are in the interest of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and not just ISRAEL (an "ally" that not only SPIES on us but uses OUR tax money and our DEFENCE weapons for oppression and EXPANSION of occupation of Palesintian territories).

All countries have the right to pursue policies based on self-interest, but the American government, more than any other on the planet, would be and should be representative of what the nature and spirit of its PEOPLE's soul is..... seeking fairness, justice and liberty for ALL, one world under God".

To me America is a fne place, just a large continent with lots of resources....what I always say is, what is truly GREAT is/are the American PEOPLE and what they (but often not the governments) stand for.

They are who make this country what it is, and under their eyes their government can make the world a BETTER place, a JUST place, where even if it cannot solve problems and make miracles happen, they will not allow their government to spread or support tyranny and oppression.

So, we must fight terror and evil, including if our own "allies" are committing it. We must get the WTC perps to face justice AND we must choose to do the right thing where injustices are done with our tools and aid money. We must bring hope and justice to the oppressed people NOT out of fear of more terrorism, but because it is the RIGHT thing... it is the AMERICAN thing to do, to stand for RIGHT against injustie or oppression in the face of any opposition or pressure (like the media and political action committees). Else the lives of the 5000 victims of murder will have been lost in vain.

As a proud Pakistani Muslim American, who believes in the same God and the Holy Prophets including Moses and Jesus (whom I believe the Israelis and Zionists do NOT believe in), in the same ideals of justice and liberty that this country stands for and that is my home....I say, God Bless America, but even more, God Bless the American PEOPLE.

Thank you.
